摘要
以生物基聚酯二醇、生物基聚醚二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成了生物基聚氨酯树脂(主剂);以蓖麻油、甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成了一种多异氰酸酯固化剂;并以此制得生物基聚氨酯薄膜(BioPU)和革样。通过红外光谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析及拉伸测试,讨论了生物基多元醇的引入对薄膜热稳定性、拉伸性能的影响以及对革样剥离力的影响。结果表明,生物基聚酯多元醇的引入可以增加薄膜的热稳定性,提升薄膜的强度和韧性,并且不影响革样贴合的粘性和剥离力。
A bio⁃based polyurethane resin was synthesized using bio⁃based polyester diol,bio⁃based polyether diol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate as raw materials.A polyisocyanate curing agent was synthesized using castor oil and toluene diisocyanate.Subsequently,the bio⁃based polyurethane films(BioPU)and PU leather samples were prepared from these materials.The effects of the bio⁃based polyols on the thermal stability,tensile properties of films and peel strength of leathers were studied through infrared spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry and tensile tests.The effects of introducing bio⁃based polyester polyols on the thermal stability and tensile properties of films,as well as the impact on the peel strength of leather samples were discussed.The results showed that the introduction of bio⁃based polyester could enhanced thermal stability,strength and toughness of films,and did not affect the adhesion and peel strength of leathers.
