摘要 以癸二酸和尿素为原料合成癸二酰胺。考察了原料配比 ,反应温度 ,反应时间及尿素的投料时间等因素对癸二酰胺收率的影响 ,确定了提纯癸二酰胺的有效方法。实验结果表明 :常压下 ,1 60℃ ,当癸二酸和尿素的摩尔比为 1∶2 2 ,尿素采用多次少量的分加方式 ,反应时间为 4h ,癸二酰胺的产率可达 82 %。 Decanediamide was synthesized using sebacic acid and urea as starting materials. The effects of molar ratio of raw materials, reaction time, reaction temperature and adding time of urea on decanediamide yield were examined. An effective metnod of purifying decanediamide was obtained. The optimum reaction conditions were reaction temperature 160 ℃, normal pressure, n(sebacic acid):n(urea) =1∶2.2, adding urea batchwise and reaction time 4 h. Under above conditions, the yield of decanediamide was 82%. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR.
