摘要
对于切削、磨削、研磨、抛光四大加工工艺,目前普遍存在认知不足、人为定义、学术混乱和配置重复等关联问题。本文从刀刃性能、接触形态、加工刚度、相对运动、力热大小、加工精度、表面质量等多个维度进行深入剖析,揭示了切磨研抛的不同内涵、加工机理及主要特征等,以期达到科学理解。深度了解切磨研抛加工工艺,对其工程应用、绿色制造、可持续发展具有重要意义。
For the cutting,grinding,lapping,and polishing processes,there are generally problems such as lack of understanding,artificial definition,confusion,and repeated configuration.To this end,this paper analyzes in depth from multiple dimensions such as the cutting edge,contact morphology,processing stiffness,relative motion,force and heat magnitude,machining accuracy,and surface quality,revealing the different connotations,machining mechanisms,and main characteristics of cutting,grinding,l,and polishing.A comprehensive understanding of the four major machining processes of cutting,grinding,lapping,and polishing is of great significance for engineering applications,green manufacturing and sustainable development.
