摘要
应建筑行业的发展要求,高强混凝土的使用愈加频繁,因此,研究搅拌方式对混凝土用水泥浆体性能的影响尤为重要。本文采用对照试验,探究了搅拌时间和搅拌速率对C60混凝土用水泥浆体流动度、分散性、流变性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌时间与速率与水泥浆体的流动度、分散性和抗压强度均呈正相关,搅拌时间对成型后抗压强度的影响比搅拌速率大。当搅拌时间100s且速率为250r/min时,硬化水泥浆体3d抗压强度为75.6MPa,比对照组高11.4MPa,强度提升显著,这为混凝土制备过程的工艺优化提供借鉴和数据支撑。
In response to the development requirements of the construction industry,the use of high-strength concrete is becoming increasingly frequent.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influence of mixing methods on the performance of cement paste for concrete.This article uses comparative experiments to explore the effects of mixing time and mixing rate on the flowability,dispersibility,rheological properties,and mechanical properties of cement paste for C60 concrete.The results showed that the mixing time and rate were positively correlated with the fluidity,dispersibility,and compressive strength of the cement paste,and the effect of mixing time on the compressive strength after molding was greater than that of mixing rate.When the mixing time is 100 s and the rate is 250 r/min,the compressive strength of the hardened cement paste is 75.6 MPa at 3 d,which is 11.4 MPa higher than the control sample,and the strength improvement is significant,which provides reference and data support for the process optimization of concrete preparation.
