超细钢渣粉与超细S95矿粉复和性能的研究 被引量:3

Study on the preparation of ultrafine steel slag powder and its compounding performance with ultrafine S95 ore powder

摘要 利用超细粉磨工艺,制备出比表面积≥700 m2/kg的超细钢渣粉、超细S95矿粉。设计超细钢渣粉与超细S95矿粉按质量比7∶3、6∶4、5∶5复合,制得超细复合粉,并对其活性指数、流动度比、需水量比、初凝时间比、安定性进行测试。结果表明:超细钢渣粉28d活性指数达到100%、流动度比达到130%;各复合比例的超细复合粉7d、28d活性指数分别超过100%、95%,需水量比均小于95%,流动度比均大于120%,初凝时间比、安定性合格,均能达到S95矿粉要求。 Ultrafine steel slag powder and ultrafine S95 ore powder with specific surface area≥700 m2/kg were prepared by ultrafine grinding process.The superfine steel slag powder and the superfine S95 mineral powder were designed to be compounded according to the mass ratio of 7∶3,6∶4 and 5∶5,and the superfine composite powder was prepared.The activity index,fluidity ratio,water demand ratio,initial setting time ratio and stability were tested.The results show that the 28 d activity index and fluidity ratio of ultrafine steel slag powder are 100%and 130%,respectively,and the 7 d and 28 d activity indexes of each composite proportion are over 100%and95%,the water demand ratio is less than 95%,the fluidity ratio is more than 120%,the initial setting time ratio and stability are qualified,all of which can meet the requirements of S95 mineral powder.
