摘要
对肌肉减少症(“痿证”)的中医病因病机、中医治疗方案、现代机制研究等进行综述,为探索肌肉减少症的全面防治体系提供理论支持和实践参考。从整体观念和辨证论治出发,其主要与脾胃虚损、肾气不足、气血两虚及阳气亏虚等病因病机有关,治疗上通过健脾益气、补肾强筋、益气补血、温阳健脾等综合方法,选用补中益气汤、虎潜丸、八珍汤、附子理中汤等方药,取得了显著成效。现代技术的应用,如多组学技术和网络药理学,揭示了中药多成分、多靶点的作用机制,为传统疗法注入新的科学内涵,但是中药复方的药效基础研究仍然存在巨大的探索空间。
This paper reviews the traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,treatment protocols,and modern mechanistic studies of sarcopenia("flaccidity syndrome"),providing theoretical support and practical references for exploring a comprehensive prevention and treatment system for sarcopenia.From the overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment,it is believed that the sarcopenia is mainly related to the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach deficiency,kidney Qi deficiency,Qi and blood deficiency,Yang Qi deficiency and so on.In terms of treatment,comprehensive methods such as strengthening spleen and Qi,tonifying kidney and strengthening tendons,supplementing Qi and blood,warming Yang and strengthening spleen are used.Significant results have been achieved by selecting herbal formulas such as Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤),Huqian Pill(虎潜丸),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),and Fuzi Lizhong Decoction(附子理中汤).The application of modern technology,such as multi omics technology and network pharmacology,reveals the mechanism of multi-component and multi-target action of Chinese herbal medicines,and injects new scientific connotation into traditional therapy.However,there is still a huge space for exploration in the basic research of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound.
