摘要
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,确诊时大多已有转移。E26特定转化变体4(E26 transformation-specific variant 4,ETV4)作为一种转录因子,近年来被发现在肝癌转移中扮演着重要的角色,具有成为治疗靶点的潜力。该文综述了ETV4与肝癌转移的关系,详细分析ETV4参与促进肝癌转移的生物学过程,并梳理其上下游基因及参与的复杂信号途径。以期为肝癌临床疗效预测和治疗靶点的发现提供参考,并改善晚期和转移性肝癌患者的预后。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor and most of them have become metastatic when diagnosed.E26 transformation-specific variant 4(ETV4),a transcription factor,has been found to play an important role in hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis in recent years and has the potential to be a therapeutic target.This article reviews the relationship between ETV4 and hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis,conducts detailed analysis of the biological process of ETV4 involved in the promotion of hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis,and sorts out its upstream and downstream genes and the complex signaling pathways involved.The paper tries to provide reference for clinical efficacy prediction and therapeutic target discovery,so as to improve the prognosis of patients with advanced and metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma.
