摘要
对舰船用含Cu高强钢进行不同温度(450~600℃)的回火处理,利用Thermo-Calc软件计算了试验钢中平衡相变化规律,并对其组织、析出相和性能进行了观察和测试。结果表明,经不同温度回火处理后,组织均由板条束结构的回火马氏体和析出相组成。随回火温度的升高,马氏体板条边界逐渐模糊,组织中富Cu析出相和碳化物的尺寸逐渐增加;试验钢的强度逐渐降低,伸长率和-20℃冲击吸收能量逐渐增加。450℃回火温度下,组织中析出相尺寸较小、数量较多,强度最高,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别达到1047 MPa和1122 MPa,但伸长率和-20℃冲击吸收能量较低。500~600℃回火温度下,随着马氏体板条界的模糊,强度逐渐下降,冲击性能和伸长率大幅提升。
Tempering at different temperatures(450-600℃)was carried out on a Cu-bearing high-strength ship steel,the variation of equilibrium phases of the steel with temperature was calculated by Thermo-Calc software,and microstructure,precipitated phases and properties were observed and tested.The results show that after tempering at different temperatures,the microstructure are all composed of tempered lath martensite and precipitated phases.With the increase of tempering temperature,the martensite lath boundaries gradually blur,the size of Cu-rich precipitates and carbides in the microstructure gradually increases,the strength of the steel gradually decreases,while the elongation and impact absorbed energy at-20℃gradually increase.At the tempering temperature of 450℃,the size and quantity of precipitated phases in the microstructure are smaller and larger,respectively,resulting in the highest strength,with the yield strength and tensile strength reaching 1047 MPa and 1122 MPa,respectively,but the elongation and impact absorbed energy at-20℃are lower.At tempering temperatures of 500-600℃,with the blurring of martensite lath boundaries,the strength gradually decreases,while the impact properties and elongation are significantly improved.
