摘要
对10 mm厚的Ti6321合金开展激光自熔焊接试验,对得到的接头进行组织和性能分析。结果表明:焊缝区组织主要为由粗大的β柱状晶粒和细小的针状马氏体α'相形成的“筐篮”状组织;焊缝中部为较大的等轴α晶粒,晶粒内部主要由针状马氏体α'相、α相以及α+β相组成。热影响区组织分布不均匀,近焊缝区的组织主要为由α+α'组成的“筐篮”状组织;近母材区的组织主要由块状α相和原始(α+β)相组成;过渡区的组织由β相转变形成的α相、少量针状α'相和残余β相组成。接头拉伸断裂在母材处,焊接接头冷弯性能合格,冲击韧性相对母材有所降低。
The laser self-fusion welding test was carried out for 10 mm thick Ti6321 alloy,and the microstructure and properies of the obtained joint were tested and analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the weld zone is mainly a"basket"structure formed by thickβcylindrical grain and fine needle-like martensiticα'phase.The middle of the weld is largeαequiaxed grains,the interior of the grain is mainly composed of the needle-like martensiteα'phase,αphase andα+βphase.The microstructure of the heat affected zone is unevenly distributed,and the microstructrue near the weld seam is mainly basket structure formed byα+α'phase,the microstructrue near the base material is mainly composed of the bulkαphase and the original(α+β)phase,and the microstructrue of the transition zone is mainlyαphase transformed fromβphase,a small amount of needleα'phase and residualβphase.The joint is broken at the base material during tensile test,the cold bending performance of the welded joint is qualified,and the impact toughness is reduced compared to that of the base material.
