基于幕面垂直度的天幕立靶测量误差及优化方法

摘要 针对传统六光幕天幕立靶模型因假设幕面垂直于标准平面,而实际中存在±1°范围内的较小误差,因此对外弹道参数测量误差较大的问题,提出了一种改进模型,以减小测量误差。建立了不作此假设,具有一般化方程形式的通用性六光幕天幕立靶模型,通过对某型天幕立靶的各光幕面进行标定,计算角度误差范围;随后通过理论仿真和实弹实验数据对比,评估了通用性模型。计算结果表明:幕面垂直方向角度误差在±1°范围内,仿真结果为5个外弹道参数的测量误差最大为25%;对比实弹实验数据和模型计算结果,通用性模型较传统模型测量精度提升至20%左右。通用性六光幕天幕立靶模型能有效减小外弹道参数测量误差,为天幕立靶模型优化提供了理论依据。 Aiming at the problem that the measurement error of external ballistic parameters is slightly larger in traditional six-light curtain array sky-mounted target model compared with other test methods,it is proposed that the traditional model assumes that the screen surface is perpendicular to the standard plane,but there is a small error in the range of±1°in practice,which constitutes an influence on the measurement accuracy.A general model of six-light curtain array with the form of general equation is established without this assumption.By calibrating each optical screen surface of a certain type of sky-screen vertical target,the angular error range was calculated.Subsequently,the generality model was evaluated through a comparison between theoretical simulation data and live-fire experimental data.The results indicate the vertical angle error of the screen is verified within±1°and the theoretical simulation results of the traditional model show that the measurement errors of the five outer ballistic parameters are up to 25%,which proves that the assumptions of the traditional model have an effect on the measurement errors of the parameters.Compared with the experimental data of live firing and the calculation results of the model,the measurement accuracy of the universal model is improved to about 20%.The research results provide a reliable theoretical basis for optimizing the model of six-light curtain array and improving the measurement accuracy of external ballistic parameters.
