不同厚度配比Al/UHMWPE复合板抗侵彻性能研究

摘要 随着武器装备技术的不断进步,装甲结构的轻质化与抗侵彻能力日益成为研究的重点。在等面密度和总厚度不变条件下,对不同厚度配比的铝合金/UHMWPE复合装甲板抗侵彻性能进行了仿真分析,以复合板结构面密度吸能作为抗侵彻性能指标,深入研究了复合装甲板结构轻量化与防护性能之间的平衡关系。研究结果表明:在等面密度条件下,复合板的面密度吸能随着UHMWPE层合板厚度的增加呈现先快速提升后逐渐趋于平缓的趋势,通过综合考虑复合板结构总厚度影响,确定6 mm Al/10.8 mm UHMWPE复合结构抗侵彻性最优;对于具有相同厚度的复合板,当铝合金与UHMWPE的厚度配比为1∶4时,其面密度吸能达到最大值,为92.9 J/(kg·m^(2))。研究结果可为复合装甲结构的厚度匹配优化设计提供参考。 The advancement of weapon equipment technology requires continuous improvement of the lightweight and anti-penetration capability of armor structures.Simulation analysis to investigation of the anti-penetration performance of Al/UHMWPE composite armor plates with different thickness ratios was applied under the conditions of equal areal density and constant total thickness.After selecting the energy absorption of areal density as the index to the anti-penetration performance in a composite plate structure,a systematic study was conducted on the balance between structural light-weighting and protective performance of composite armor plate.The results show that under the condition of equal areal density,the areal density absorption energy of the composite plate increases rapidly at first and then gradually becomes flat as the thickness of the UHMWPE laminate increases.In order to minimize the total thickness of the composite plate structure,a composite plate with 6 mm Al/10.8 mm UHMWPE laminated structure is considered to be the optimal choice due to its best penetration resistance.For the composite plates with fixed total thickness,the areal density energy absorption reaches the maximum value of 92.9 J/(kg·m^(2))when the thickness ratio of Al and UHMWPE is 1∶4.The results of this study will provide reference for the optimal design of thickness matching for composite armor structures.
