摘要
为筛选出适用于‘红美人’柑橘果实品质提升的施肥方案,试验设置3个处理(处理1为每月叶面喷施一次靓红益佰含氨基酸水溶肥,替代常规喷施磷酸二氢钾;处理2在处理1的基础上,增施含氨基酸、中量元素水溶肥及复合微生物菌剂;处理3为常规施肥对照组),通过测定果实品质和风味相关指标,探究不同施肥处理对‘红美人’柑橘果实风味和内在品质的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理对‘红美人’果实果皮厚度影响较大,对其他外观指标影响较小。在柑橘根系萌动期(3月)和果实膨大期及转色期(7—10月)施用复合微生物菌剂与含氨基酸水溶肥复配中量元素肥,‘红美人’果实中糖组分含量最高,酸组分含量最低,风味最优,比单纯在柑橘果实膨大期及转色期施用含氨基酸水溶肥更有利于提升柑橘果实的风味和内在品质;而施用含氨基酸水溶肥处理优于常规施肥对照组。因此,在实际生产中应结合‘红美人’柑橘园情况,综合施肥的便利性与成本,在柑橘根系萌动期和果实膨大期及转色期采用增施微生物菌剂、含氨基酸水溶肥等方式提升果实的风味和内在品质。
In order to select a fertilization plan suitable for improving the quality of‘Hongmeiren’citrus fruits,three fertilization treatments were set up in the experiment(treatment 1 was to spray Lianghong Yibai amino acid water‑soluble fertilizer on the leaves once a month instead of conventional spraying of potassium dihydrogen phosphate;treatment 2 added amino acid,medium element water‑soluble fertilizer and compound microbial agents on the basis of treatment 1;treatment 3 was the conventional fertilization control group).By measuring fruit quality and flavor related indices,the effects of different fertilization treatments on the flavor and quality of‘Hongmeiren’citrus fruits were explored.The results showed that different fertilization treatments had a significant impact on the thickness of the fruit peel of‘Hongmeiren’,but had a relatively small effect on other appearance indices.Applying compound microbial agents combined with amino acid and medium element fertilizer during the root activation stage(March),fruit expansion stage and color‑changed stage(July to October)resulted in the highest sugar content,lowest acid content,and optimal flavor in‘Hongmeiren’fruits.This was more effective in improving fruit flavor and internal quality than applying amino acid fertilizer alone during the fruit expansion stage and color‑changed stage.Moreover,the amino acid fertilizer treatment outperformed the conventional fertilization control.Therefore,in practical production,it is recommended to adopt microbial agents and amino acid water‑soluble fertilizer during the root activation stage,fruit expansion stage and color‑changed stage,considering the specific conditions,cost,and convenience of fertilization in‘Hongmeiren’citrus orchards,to improve fruit flavor and internal quality.
