商业空间体育化利用的主要模式、现实阻滞与推进策略

摘要 商业空间体育化利用是推动传统商业空间转型升级、打造体育消费新场景、培育消费新增长点的重要创新举措,通过在商业空间嵌入体育设施、营造体育场景、承办赛事活动等,对既有建筑、街区或综合体的商业空间进行适应性改造,通过业态融合与场景创新释放商业空间的体育消费潜力。运用文献资料、案例分析、逻辑分析等方法,在场景理论的指导下,从物理空间、文化环境、体验场景三个维度考量商业空间体育化利用的内在逻辑,系统梳理体育设施融合、体育文化赋能、体育赛事驱动体验3种商业空间体育化利用的主要模式。商业空间体育化利用过程中存在政策法规引导缺失,空间规划失序;文化符号价值弱化,业态布局分散;体验设计粗放低效,供需匹配失衡等现实阻滞。提出完善政策保障措施,强化空间要素支撑;挖掘空间体育文脉,增强场所情感联结;创新场景体验设计,赋能产业融合发展等推进策略。 The sports-oriented utilization of commercial spaces is an important innovative measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional commercial spaces,create new sports consumption scenarios,and cultivate new growth points for consumption.By embedding sports facilities,creating sports scenarios,and hosting sports events in commercial spaces,the commercial spaces of existing buildings,streets or complexes can be adaptively renovated.Through the integration of business forms and the innovation of scenarios,the potential of sports consumption in commercial spaces can be released.By using the methods of literature review,case analysis,and logical analysis,and under the guidance of scene theory,the internal logic of the sports utilization of commercial spaces is considered from three dimensions:physical space,cultural environment,and experience scene.Three main models of the sports utilization of commercial spaces,namely the integration of sports facilities,the empowerment of sports culture,and the driving of sports events for experience,are systematically sorted out.There are practical obstacles in the process of sports utilization of commercial spaces,such as the lack of policy and legal guidance,disorderly spatial planning,weakened value of cultural symbols,scattered business layout,rough and ineffi cient experience design,and imbalance in supply and demand matching.This article proposes promotion strategies such as improving policy guarantee measures,strengthening the support of spatial elements,exploring the cultural context of spatial sports,enhancing the emotional connection of places,innovating scene experience design,and empowering the integrated development of industries.
