摘要
中企高一体化人才培养共同体是中职学校、企业、高职院校联合开展“2年中职+2年企业+2年高职”的职业教育贯通人才培养过程中,在项目申报、招生宣传、学生培养等各环节团结协作,实现合作共赢的有机体,具有区域本地性、办学主体多元性、目标一致性和实施联合性的特征。然而,当前构建河北省中企高一体化人才培养共同体在办学主体参与、学生管理教育、课程教学和保障机制等方面存在现实困扰。推进河北省中企高一体化人才培养共同体建设,需要压实办学主体责任,推动三阶段贯通融合发展;更新管理培养理念,探索共同体协同育人范式;优化课程教学体系,构建共同体教学高效课堂;建立工作保障机制,激发共同体联合办学活力。
The integrated talents training community of secondary schools,enterprises and higher vocational colleges is an organism that jointly carries out the training of"2 years of secondary vocational education+2 years of enterprise+2 years of higher vocational education"through vocational education,and unites and collaborates in various links such as project declaration,enrollment publicity and students training to achieve win-win cooperation.It has the characteristics of regional locality,diversity of school-running subjects,consistency of goals and implementation of jointness.However,at present,the construction of the integrated talents training community of secondary schools,enterprises and higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province is faced with practical dilemma in aspects of the participation of school-running subjects,student management education,curriculum teaching and guarantee mechanism,etc.To promote the construction of the integrated talents training community of secondary schools,enterprises and higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province,it is necessary to compact the main responsibility of running schools and promote the three-stage integration and development;update the concept of management training and explore the paradigm of community collaborative education;optimize the curriculum teaching system and build an efficient classroom of community teaching;establish a work guarantee mechanism to stimulate the vitality of community joint education.
