摘要
随着消费升级背景下家电产品文化附加值需求的提升,传统工艺与现代设计之间的供需矛盾日益凸显。本文以“竹丝扣瓷”工艺为研究对象,梳理了四川竹编与家用电器产业的发展现状。其次,根据竹文化与竹丝扣瓷工艺提出“立帽篮式”香熏空气净化器和“鼓篮式”“加湿器”设计方案,从文化维度、功能维度、生产纬度探讨了传统工艺在现代家电设计中的转译机制,旨通过传统工艺为家电行业的差异化竞争提供文化赋能的实践路径,为非遗技艺的生产性保护提供了可复制的设计实践范式,并探索以设计促进“文化遗产到文化资产”的方式与方法。
With the increasing demand for cultural added value in household appliances under the context of consumption upgrading,the supply-demand contradiction between traditional craftsmanship and modern design has become increasingly prominent.This paper takes the"bamboo filigree wrapped porcelain"technique as the research object,analyzing the development status of Sichuan bamboo weaving and the household appliance industry.Subsequently,design proposals for a"hat-shaped basket"aroma air purifier and a"drum-shaped basket"humidifier are presented based on bamboo culture and the bamboo filigree wrapped porcelain craftsmanship.The study explores the translation mechanism of traditional craftsmanship in modern appliance design from cultural,functional,and production dimensions.The research aims to provide cultural empowerment pathways for differentiated competition in the appliance industry through traditional craftsmanship,establish replicable design practice paradigms for productive protection of intangible cultural heritage techniques,and explore methods to facilitate the transformation from"cultural heritage to cultural assets"through design.
