船舶双层舱室结构热载荷参数试验及仿真研究

摘要 针对损管事故过程中船舶双层舱室结构热载荷特性问题,本文基于相似理论建立了主尺度比为1∶8的缩比模型,通过试验方法研究了热载荷作用下双层舱室结构的温度场分布规律。采用Ansys软件建立了数值模型对舱室三维流场热参数进行分析,数值结果与试验结果显示出较好的相似性。研究发现恒温热源作用下,舱室内顶板温度远高于底板温度,加筋温度升高主要依靠内壁的热传导效应且存在明显的温度梯度分布。研究结果可为船舶复杂舱室结构的热应力分析提供参考依据。 In order to solve the problem of thermal load characteristics of the double-layer cabin structure of the ship during the damage management accident,a scaled model with a principal scale ratio of 1:8 is established based on the similarity theory,and the temperature field distribution of the double-layer cabin structure under thermal load is studied by experimental methods.Ansys software is employed to establish a numerical model to analyze the thermal parameters of the three-dimensional flow field of the cabin,and the numerical results show good agree with the experimental results.It is found that the temperature of the roof in the cabin is much higher than that of the bottom plate under the action of constant temperature heat source,and the temperature increase upon the stiffeners mainly depends on the heat conduction effect of the inner wall and there is an obvious temperature gradient distribution.The research results provide a significant reference for the thermal stress analysis of complex cabin structures of ships.
