摘要
为适应浅吃水航道限制,实现火箭运输、日常滚装和集装货品载运的需求,满足最新规范规则和能效设计指数(EEDI)等环保要求,本文从船舶总布置、完整稳性、浮态控制、能效设计指数和船舶线型设计等方面对某火箭运输滚装船总体设计关键技术进行研究。本文内容实现了运载火箭组件与普通货物的空间利用最佳方案,解决了该尺度滚装船浅吃水稳性不佳和浮态控制的难题,有效提高了该船的能效设计指数。上述各方面的研究成果对后续火箭运输滚装船的开发具有借鉴意义。
In order to suitable for navigating along inland river at shallow draught,achieve the capable of transporting rocket components,as well as transporting daily ro-ro and container cargoes,meet the latest regulatory rules and environmental protection requirements such as the Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI),this article studies the key technologies of the general design of a Rocket Carrier/Ro-ro ship from aspects such as ship general arrangement,intact stability,floatation control,EEDI and ship hull line design.It has realized the best space utilization solution for carrier rocket components and ordinary goods,solved the problems of poor stability and floatation control of ro-ro ships of this size in shallow draft,and effectively improved the EEDI of this ship.The above research results have reference significance for subsequent development of rocket carrier/ro-ro ship.
