摘要
乙烯是现代化学工业的基石,在化工、石化、纺织、医药等领域广泛应用。随着经济迅速发展,乙烯面临产能过剩问题。丙酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯均是高附加值化工品,市场需求广。英国Lucite公司研发的Alpha工艺采用乙烯、CO、甲醇经烷氧羰基化合成高附加值丙酸甲酯,进一步生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯产品,成为乙烯烷氧羰基化工艺唯一产业化成功案例,所用均相Pd基催化剂展现出优异的催化性能,受国外知识产权限制,该工艺未能进一步推广应用。因此,探究新型催化剂成为当前研究领域的重要方向。综述了近年来Pd系催化剂在乙烯烷氧羰基化反应中的研究进展,并进行全面总结与分析,以供研究者快速了解该领域,早日开发出具有自主知识产权的新型Pd基催化剂,实现工业化应用。
Ethylene is the cornerstone of modern chemical industries and is widely used in fields such as chemicals,petrochemicals,textiles,and pharmaceuticals.With the rapid economic development,ethylene is facing overcapacity issues.Methyl propionate and methyl methacrylate are both highvalue-added chemicals with broad market demand.The Alpha process,developed by Lucite in the UK,uses ethylene,CO,and methanol through alkoxycarbonylation to synthesize high-value methyl propionate,which can further generate methyl methacrylate.This has become the only industrially successful case of ethylene alkoxycarbonylation.The homogeneous Pd-based catalysts used in the process show excellent catalytic performance,but due to foreign intellectual property restrictions,the process has not been widely applied.Therefore,exploring new catalysts has become a key direction in current research.This review summarizes and analyzes the recent progress in Pd-based catalysts for ethylene alkoxycarbonylation,providing researchers with a quick understanding of the field and promoting the development of new Pd-based catalysts with independent intellectual property for industrial applications.
