双功能镍基选择性加氢催化剂SHI-01的工业应用

摘要 中石化(上海)石油化工研究院有限公司根据MTO装置特点及其副产碳四的组成情况,开发出生产高纯1-丁烯的成套技术(简称1-丁烯技术),并已成功应用于某公司20 kt·a^(-1)的1-丁烯装置。针对该技术中的预加氢单元,开发的双功能催化剂SHI-01能够同时将混合碳四中的双烯烃选择性加氢至正丁烯,1-丁烯临氢异构至2-丁烯。SHI-01表现出优异的催化活性和选择性,投用后加氢反应器出口1-丁烯转化率大于68%,丁二烯小于1 mg·kg^(-1)。相较于已经工业应用的贵金属Pd系催化剂,SHI-01催化剂活性组分为非贵金属镍,具有投资成本低、含氧化合物耐受性好、催化性能优良、操作弹性大等特点,满足工业装置“安、稳、长、满、优”的运行要求。 Sinopec Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology Co.,Ltd.,has developed a complete set of technology for the production of high-purity 1-butene(referred to as 1-butene technology)according to the characteristics of MTO device and its by-product C 4 composition,and has been successfully applied it to a 20 kt·a^(-1)1-butene unit of a certain company.For the prehydrogenation unit in the technology,the developed biffunctional catalyst SHI-01 can selectively hydrogenate the diolefin in the mixed C 4 to n-butene,isomerize 1-butene to 2-butene.SHI-01 showed excellent catalytic activity and selectivity,and the conversion rate of 1-butene at the outlet of hydrogenation reactor was more than 68%,and butadiene was less than 1 mg·kg^(-1)after application.Compared with the precious metal Pd catalyst that has been used in industry,the active component of SHI-01 catalyst is non-precious metal nickel,which has the characteristics of low investment cost,good tolerance of oxygen compounds,excellent catalytic performance,and high operational flexibility,and can meet the operation requirements of“safe,stable,long,full and excellent”of industrial equipment.
