道地药材云当归种子萌发影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Seed Germination of Authentic Medicinal Materials Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels from Yunnan

摘要 目的探究影响云当归种子萌发的因素,为规范化种植提供依据。方法采用培养皿萌发测定法研究不同贮存时间、光照、温度、种子成熟度对云当归种子萌发的影响。结果云当归种子成熟采收后即能发芽,发芽率为79.00%。贮存120 d发芽率最高,发芽率达80.33%。贮存180 d后发芽势和发芽率急剧下降,贮存660 d发芽率仅为10.67%。光照对云当归种子萌发无显著影响。15℃种子发芽势和发芽率最高,发芽率达90.00%。初熟程度种子发芽势和发芽率最高,发芽率达89.67%。结论云当归种子无后熟休眠特性,自然贮存寿命较短,属于光中性短命种子。云当归种子萌发最适温度为15℃,高温不利于其种子萌发。种子成熟度对萌发有显著影响,初熟程度的发芽势和发芽率最高,随着成熟度的增加,发芽势和发芽率下降。 Objective To explore the influencing factors the seed germination of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels from Yunnan,and provide basis for standardized planting.Methods Using petri dish germination test to study the effects of storage time,light,temperature and seed maturity degree on seed germination of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels from Yunnan.Results Seeds of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels from Yunnan could germinate at mature harvesting,and the germination rate was 79.00%.The germination rate was the highest after 120 d storage,and the germination rate reached 80.33%.After 180 d storage,the germination potential and germination rate decreased sharply,and the germination rate was only 10.67%after 660 d storage.Light had no significant effect on seed germination.The seed germination potential and germination rate were the highest at 15℃,and the germination rate reached 90.00%.The germination potential and germination rate of seeds with initial maturity were the highest,and the germination rate was 89.67%.Conclusion Seeds of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels from Yunnan have no obvious dormancy characteristics,and their natural storage life is short,which belong to light-neutral and short-lived seeds.The optimum temperature for seed germination is 15℃,and high temperature is unfavorable to seed germination.Seed maturity degree affect the germination observably,the germination potential and germination rate are the highest in initial maturity,and the germination potential and germination rate decrease with the increase of maturity.
