摘要
在教育改革深化与全球竞争加剧的背景下,民办高校面临人才引进与留存的双重挑战。本文以广东某民办高校为研究对象,剖析其招聘实践发现:该校呈现教学岗位主导、学科发展失衡、流程规范严谨、人才留存风险突出等特征,同时存在高端人才竞争乏力、内生培养不足、区位引力较弱等问题。通过对比武昌理工学院“三型融合”师资体系与河北外国语学院国际化引才战略两大案例,提炼出差异化定位、校企协同、机制创新等实践启示。随后,研究提出强化品牌建设、优化资源配置、构建本土人才培育体系、完善激励机制、校地协同发展、精准招聘策略等改进路径,为破解民办高校人才困局、推动内涵式发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。
In the context of deepening education reform and intensifying global competition,private universities face dual challenges in talent recruitment and retention.Taking a private university in Guangdong Province as a case study,this paper analyzes its recruitment practices and identifies characteristics such as dominance of teaching positions,imbalanced discipline development,rigorous recruitment processes,and prominent talent retention risks.Existing issues include weak competition for high-end talents,insufficient endogenous cultivation,and limited regional attractiveness.By comparing two cases—the“three-in-one integration”faculty system of Wuchang University of Technology and the international talent recruitment strategy of Hebei Foreign Studies University—this study extracts practical insights such as differentiated positioning,school-enterprise collaboration,and institutional innovation.The research proposes improvement paths including strengthening brand building,optimizing resource allocation,constructing a local talent cultivation system,improving incentive mechanisms,promoting schoollocal government collabora-tive development,and implementing precise recruitment strategies.These recommendations provide theoretical support and practical references for addressing talent dilemmas in private universities and advancing connotative development.
