摘要
“清分”是城市轨道交通网络化运营管理中重要且具有特色的工作,清分结果是票款清分清算、网络客流分析、运营计划编制、网络运营协调以及运营风险控制等一系列重要问题的前提和依据。为全面系统地分析总结城市轨道交通网络清分发展概况,在梳理清分出现的历史背景与清分问题的缘起及深化的基础上,从理论和实践2方面对城市轨道交通网络清分国内外发展脉络进行了较为系统的回顾、总结与评述;结合未来都市圈轨道交通系统精细化的运营管理要求、多源化的运营数据资源以及多层次轨道交通融合发展的趋势,对清分理论与实践的进一步发展做出分析与展望,为新时期多网融合条件下都市圈多层次轨道交通网络化运营管理理论的构建及完善提供参考。
Fare and passenger flow clearing is an important and distinctive task in the networked operation and management of urban rail transit.The outcomes of the clearing process serve as a fundamental basis for a wide range of essential tasks,including fare reconciliation,network passenger flow analysis,operational planning,coordination of network operations,and operational risk control.To comprehensively analyze and summarize the development of clearing in urban rail transit networks,this study first reviewed the historical background for the emergence of fare and passenger flow clearing.It then provided a systematic overview,summary,and commentary on the development of clearing theories and practices both domestically and internationally.Considering the increasing demands for more refined operational management in future metropolitan rail transit systems,the growing diversity of operational data sources,and the trend of multi-level rail transit integration,this paper further analyzed and forecasted the evolution of clearing theories and practices.The findings offer insights for the construction and improvement of theoretical frameworks for network operation management under the conditions of multi-network integration in modern metropolitan area rail transit networks.
