摘要
当今社会对职业人才的需求日趋多元化,职业核心素养的培育已成为高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的关键要素。情感教育强调情绪、心理、思维三者协调发挥作用,高职院校可通过建立情感教育体制,设置以职业为导向、以健全人格为特征的教学内容,配备具有专业化情感教育技能的教师,培育学生职业核心素养。
In today’s increasingly diverse society,the demand for vocational talent has become more multifac-eted.Cultivating core vocational competencies has emerged as a key component in fulfilling the fundamental mis-sion of fostering virtue through education in higher vocational colleges.Emotional education emphasizes the coor-dinated functioning of emotions,psychology,and cognition.Higher vocational colleges can foster students’core vocational competencies by establishing a system of emotional education,designing career-oriented curricula that emphasize sound personality development,and employing instructors equipped with professional emotional educa-tion skills.
