摘要
职业教育现场工程师培养计划是促进产教深度融合、深化职业教育技能人才供给侧结构性改革的新举措。现场工程师培养,要以认知学徒制理论为指导,建构职业教育现场工程师能力“四叶草”模型,聚焦“问题”“实践性”“对话”“主体性”等四个体现现场工程师培养的典型特征,探索培养学生认知能力、个人能力、社会能力和发展能力的实践路径,引导学生在个人的主体性中强化自我价值感,在社会的关联性中强化社会责任感,使他们逐步成长为服务经济社会发展的重要力量。
The on-site engineer training plan in vocational education is a new measure to deepen the industry-education integration and the supply-side structural reform of skilled talents in vocational education.Guided by the theory of cognitive apprenticeship,a“four-leaf clover”model for cultivating the abilities of on-site engineers in vocational education is constructed.This article focuses on four typical characteristics of on-site engineer training:“problem”,“practicality”,“dialogue”,and“subjectivity”,explores practical paths to cultivate students'cognitive,personal,social,and developmental abilities.This article aims to guide students to strengthen their sense of self-worth in their personal subjectivity,strengthen their sense of social responsibility in their social connections,and gradually grow into an important force in serving economic and social development.
