摘要
文中从社会总成本和用户的实际体验等方面,对电动汽车充电桩选址问题进行建模,引入了用户满意度和用户里程焦虑的约束,构建了考虑社会总成本最低、用户满意度最高的适应度函数.使用基于自适应步长的混合蛙跳算法SFLA(shuffled frog leaping algorithm)求解.在传统蛙跳算法上对其求解步长进行改进,以提升算法前期的搜索能力和后期的挖掘能力.仿真结果表明,改进的混合蛙跳算法相对于传统遗传算法,总成本降低了203万元,同时算法求解耗时减少了43%,相对于未改进的混合蛙跳算法,总成本降低了61万元,算法求解耗时减少了16%.同时算法求解的稳定性较为明显.
From the aspects of social total cost and users’actual experience,this paper modeled the location of charging piles for electric vehicles.The constraints of user satisfaction and user mileage anxiety were introduced,and a fitness function considering the lowest total social cost and the highest user satisfaction was constructed.The Shuffled Frog Leading Algorithm SFLA(Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm)based on adaptive step size was used to solve the problem.In order to improve the search ability in the early stage and the mining ability in the later stage of the algorithm,the solution step size was improved on the traditional Shuffled Frog Leading Algorithm.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,the total cost of the improved hybrid Shuffled Frog Leading Algorithm is reduced by 2.03 million yuan,and the time-consuming of the algorithm is reduced by 43%.Compared with the unmodified mixed Shuffled Frog Leading Algorithm,the total cost is reduced by 610000 yuan.The time-consuming of the algorithm is reduced by 16%,and the stability of the algorithm is obvious.
