摘要
肾为人体先天之本,脾为人体后天之本,先后天之本相互资生、共同协作,为人体正常生命活动提供动力,二者有“互赞”之功。“脾主运化”“肾主水液”的生理过程与人体水液代谢密切相关,脾肾功能失司是导致水湿留滞体内的主要成因。湿浊停滞日久,化瘀生热则关节红肿热痛;浊毒蕴结积聚成石即发展为痛风石、关节畸形、痛风性肾病等,严重影响患者心理健康及生存质量。痛风整体治则应以脾肾同调为本,急性期清湿热袪浊邪的同时需重视补脾肾本虚,以达“标本同治、缓急并行”之效;慢性期素体正虚易反复发作,内补脾肾为治疗关键,使脏腑机能、气血津液运化恢复正常,减少痛风发作及高尿酸对机体的损害。
The Kidney is the innate foundation of the human body,and the Spleen is the acquired foundation of the human body.The foundation of the successive and acquired nature is mutually dependent and cooperates together to provide power for the normal life activities of the human body.In other words,there is a two-way relationship between Spleen and Kidney.The physiological processes of"Spleen manages digestion and absorption as well as and Kidney manages Water and Fluid"are closely related to human water metabolism,so the Spleen and Kidney function is the main cause of Water and Dampness retention in the body.Dampness and Turbidity stagnate for a long time,and the joints will be red,swollen,hot and painful;Turbid Toxins accumulate into stones,which develop into tophi,joint deformities,gouty nephropathy,etc.,which seriously affects the mental health and quality of life of patients.The overall treatment of gout should be based on the synchronization of the Spleen and Kidney,and in the acute stage,it is necessary to pay attention to the deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney while clearing Dampness and Heat to achieve the effect of"treating the symptoms and root cause together as well as solving the urgency and unurgency case accordingly".During the chronic phase,deficiency would cause recurrence and internal tonification of the Spleen and Kidney is the key to treatment,so that the function of the internal Zang and Fu,Qi,blood and Fluids can be returned to normal,and the damage caused by gout attacks and high uric acid to the body can be reduced.
