紫金牛属3种植物叶片颜色特征及色素含量差异分析

摘要 测定紫金牛属3种典型树种朱砂根、红凉伞和虎舌红叶片的色差值、色素含量及色素占比,探讨其叶色差异,为紫金牛属高观赏价值种质资源挖掘和利用等提供参考依据。结果表明:朱砂根叶片为绿色,红凉伞叶片正面为绿色、背面为(紫)红色,虎舌红叶片为红色。朱砂根叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量最高,红凉伞叶片中花青素和总黄酮(除花青素外)含量最高。朱砂根和虎舌红叶片中的总叶绿素含量占比高于红凉伞,红凉伞和虎舌红叶片中的花青素含量占比高于朱砂根。3种植物的各色泽及色素含量间存在一定的相关性。推测朱砂根叶片呈绿色是叶绿素占主导地位的结果,红凉伞及虎舌红叶片呈红色是叶绿素和花青素共同主导的结果。 The chromatic aberration value,pigment content and pigment proportion of leaves of 3 typical species of Ardisia(A.crenata,A.crenata var.bicolor,and A.mammillata)were measured to investigate the differences in leaf color,and to lay the foundations for mining and utilization of germplasm with high ornamental value of Ardisia.The results showed that the leaves of A.crenata were green;the upside of the leaf was green and the downside of the leaf was(purple)red for A.crenata var.bicolor;the leaves of A.mammillata was red.The chlorophyll content and carotenoids content of A.crenata leaves were the highest,and the anthocyanins content and flavonoids(excluding anthocyanins)content of A.crenata var.bicolor leaves were the highest.A.crenata and A.mammillata leaves had higher proportion of chlorophyll content than A.crenata var.bicolor,while A.crenata var.bicolor and A.mammillata had higher proportion of anthocyanin content than A.crenata.There was a certain correlation between leaf color and pigment content.It was speculated that chlorophyll played a dominant role in the green color of A.crenata leaves,while chlorophyll and anthocyanins played a dominant role in the color of A.crenata var.bicolor and A.mammillata leaves.
