摘要
目的治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者时践行“穴位贴敷+硫辛酸”方案,对比探究其临床价值并说明在有效性方面的优势。方法选取2023年1月—2024年12月盱眙县中医院内分泌科收治的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。均开展常规降糖治疗,其中对照组联合应用硫辛酸,观察组联合应用硫辛酸+中医穴位贴敷法。比较两组临床治疗效果、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、神经病变症状积分(下肢麻木、烧灼、刺痛、感觉异常)。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后神经病变症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷与硫辛酸联合应用在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中可调节机体胰岛素分泌,促进糖代谢,辅助降低患者血糖指标,改善神经病变症状。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic value and effectiveness of acupoint application combined with lipoic acid in patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with routine hypoglycemic therapy the control group was combined with lipoic acid,and the observation group was combined with lipoic acid+traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose,2 h postpran‐dial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)and neuropathy symptom scores(lower limb numbness,burning,tingling,paresthesia)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the in‐dexes of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The symptom of neuropathy score of the observation group was lower than control group after treatment,and the difference was statis‐tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of acupoint application and lipoic acid in the treat‐ment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can regulate the body's insulin secretion,promote glucose metabolism,assist in reducing the patient's blood glucose index,and improve the symptoms of neuropathy.
