摘要
目的探究胰岛素泵、甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的实际效果。方法回顾性选取2021年12月—2024年12月在北京市第一中西医结合医院就诊的共180例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=90)实施胰岛素泵联合甲钴胺治疗,观察组(n=90)实施胰岛素泵、甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗。以患者干预前后血糖水平、神经病变症状、神经传导功能为对比指标。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组神经病变程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组腓总神经、正中神经感觉神经传导速度与运动神经传导速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用胰岛素泵、甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗,可有效稳定疾病症状,维持血糖水平。
Objective To explore the practical effect of insulin pump,mecobalamin combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients with diabetic pe⁃ripheral neuropathy who were treated in The First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2021 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90).The control group was treated with insulin pump combined with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump,mecobalamin and lipoic acid.The blood glucose level,neuropathy symptoms and nerve conduction function before and after intervention were com⁃pared.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observa⁃tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Af⁃ter intervention,the score of neuropathy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump,mecobalamin combined with lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively stabilize the disease symptoms and maintain blood glucose levels.
