摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病实施早期综合护理的价值。方法选取2023年9月—2024年9月监利市第二人民医院收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,以不同护理方法分为综合组、普通组,均有40例。综合组行早期综合护理,普通组行普通护理。监测两组血糖指标,比较妊娠结局,统计产妇并发症,并评估生活质量。结果护理前,两组血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的血糖水平均降低,且综合组低于普通组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。针对不良妊娠结局、产妇并发症分析,综合组均低于普通组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。综合组生活质量评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理执行后,妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖降低,而且能降低不良妊娠结局发生率,防范并发症的发生,并改善其生活质量。
Objective The value of early comprehensive nursing for gestational diabetes mellitus was analyzed.Methods From September 2023 to September 2024,80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in the Ji⁃anli Second People's Hospital were selected.They were divided into comprehensive group and general group accord⁃ing to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The comprehensive group received early comprehensive nursing,and the general group received general nursing.The blood glucose indexes of the two groups were monitored,the pregnancy outcomes were compared,the maternal complications were counted,and the quality of life was evalu⁃ated.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the two groups of patients decreased,and the comprehensive group was lower than the general group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).According to the analysis of ad⁃verse pregnancy outcomes and maternal complications,the comprehensive group was lower than the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of early comprehensive nursing,the blood glucose of patients with gestational diabetes is reduced,and the reduce of adverse pregnancy outcomes is reduced,the occurrence of complications is prevented,and the qual⁃ity of life is improved.
