摘要
目的:探究复方麝香注射液在高血压脑出血微创引流术患者中的应用效果及对神经损伤的影响。方法:将2020年1月—2022年1月监利市中医医院的120例高血压脑出血微创引流术患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组进行常规高血压脑出血微创引流术围手术期治疗干预,观察组则在对照组的基础上静滴复方麝香注射液。比较两组治疗2周后的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率,治疗前后的神经损伤情况[NIHSS评分和血清神经损伤指标神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)及胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)]及生存质量[中风病患者生存质量量表(QOLISP)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,并发症总发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的NIHSS评分、血清神经损伤指标及QOLISP四个维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2周,观察组的NIHSS评分显著优于对照组,血清神经损伤指标显著低于对照组,QOLISP四个维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方麝香注射液在高血压脑出血微创引流术患者中的应用效果较好,可有效控制并发症的发生及神经损伤程度,有助于患者生存质量的改善。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Compound Shexiang Injection in the patients with minimally invasive drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influence on nerve injury.Method:A total of 120 patients with minimally invasive drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Jianli Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group were treated with routine perioperative treatment and intervention for minimally invasive drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the observation group received intravenous infusion of Compound Shexiang Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of complications after 2 weeks of treatment,nerve injury state[NIHSS score and serum nerve injury indexes neuron specific enolase(NSE),S100 calcium binding protein B(S100B)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)]and life quality[quality of life instruments for stroke patients(QOLISP)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 83.33% in the control group,the total incidence of complications was 10.00%,significantly lower than 26.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in NIHSS scores,serum nerve injury indicators,and the four dimensions of QOLISP scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Two weeks after the treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the serum nerve injury indicators were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of the four dimensions of QOLISP were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Compound Shexiang Injection in the patients with minimally invasive drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is better,it can effectively control the occurrence of complications and degree of nerve injury,is helpful to the improvement of life quality.
