某自卸车悬架系统参数多目标优化设计

摘要 该文以某型自卸车为研究对象,针对其车架纵梁长度较长、结构柔性较大的特点,需重点关注整车行驶过程中的平顺性问题。为此,文章采用有限元分析方法结合虚拟样机技术,建立了整车刚柔耦合的动力学模型。在保障车辆操纵稳定性的前提下,以座椅处总加权加速度、脚部地板垂直加权加速度以及前后轮动载系数作为优化目标,开展正交试验分析并构建响应面近似模型。随后,通过多目标优化方法对悬架系统的关键参数进行优化设计,并与原始模型进行仿真对比分析,从而验证了仿真模型的合理性与优化策略的有效性。研究结果表明:所提出的优化方法不仅有效提升了整车的乘坐舒适性,还在一定程度上降低了车辆对道路的破坏作用,具有良好的工程实用价值。该研究为自卸车悬架系统的结构设计和参数匹配提供了可靠的理论依据和可行的技术路径。 The article takes a dump truck as study object.The length of the frame is very long,the elastic deformation of its frame has a significant impact on vehicle ride comfort,vehicle rigid-flexible coupling model with flexible frame are built with FEA method and virtual prototype technology.In order to improve vehicle ride comfort and reduce dynamic load,choosing the root-mean-square values of total acceleration of the seat,vertical acceleration of the floor and front and rear tire load as objective functions.Design parameters are analyzed by orthogonal experiment design and the second response surface model is built with secondary general rotation design.Then,a multi-objective optimization method is applied to optimize the key parameters of the suspension system.A comparative simulation analysis is performed between the optimized model and the original model to verify the rationality of the dynamic model and the effectiveness of the optimization strategy.The results show that the method better meet reduce dynamic load and improve ride comfort,which has a strong engineering practicability in the design and installation of hydro-pneumatic suspension.
