世界技能大赛奖牌得主技能成长核心影响因素研究——基于第41~46届世界技能大赛我国获奖选手成长故事的文本分析

摘要 技能人才培养对于筑牢强国之基、立业之本、提升技能型社会建设成效具有重要意义。基于第41届至第46届49位世赛奖牌得主的成长故事文本,采用扎根理论三级编码技术,归纳出世赛奖牌得主技能成长的核心影响要素,即个体倾向性、先前积累、集训过程、心理发展、专业技能、重要他人、社会时代变迁和价值反馈等8个主范畴,以及兴趣、动机、理想、先前知识积累、先前技能积累、能力、意志品质、情绪调控等56个副范畴,各因素紧密联系从而内驱外推地建构了世赛奖牌得主的技能成长机制。为更好地促进世赛奖牌得主技能成长,应同步心理辅导,坚持传统心理技能训练与正念训练并行;深化产教融合,增加世赛选手企业实践的学习经历;数据驱动赋能,构建训练过程评价模型。 The cultivation of skilled talents is of great significance for laying a solid foundation for building a powerful country,establishing the cornerstone of industries,and enhancing the effectiveness of building a skill-based society.Based on the growth stories of 49 medalists from the 41st to the 46th WorldSkills Competition,this study employs the three-level coding technique of grounded theory to summarize the core influencing factors of skill growth among these medalists.These factors encompass eight main categories,namely individual disposition,prior accumulation,intensive training process,psychological development,professional skills,significant others,social and era changes,and value feedback,as well as 56 subcategories,including interest,motivation,aspirations,prior knowledge accumulation,prior skill accumulation,abilities,willpower,and emotional regulation.These factors are closely interconnected,thereby constructing an internally-driven and externally-propelled mechanism for the skills growth of WorldSkills medalists.To better promote the skills growth of medalists in the WorldSkills Competition,it is advisable to provide synchronous psychological counseling,and adhere to the parallel implementation of traditional psychological skill training and mindfulness training;deepen industry-education integration,and enrich the learning experiences of WorldSkills competitors through corporate practice;and leverage data-driven empowerment,and establish an evaluation model for the training process.
