摘要
铝灰渣主要成分为黑铝灰、废灰、废屑、边角料等经盐浴处理回收后形成的氯化物、氟化物和铝的混合物,不同类型的铝灰渣的物质成分差异性较大。对不同类型的铝灰渣样品进行X射线衍射分析,分析结果可知:铝灰渣中Al主要以MgAl_(2)O_(4)、α-Al_(2)O_(3)、NaAl11O17、AlN和单质Al形式存在,脱氟铝灰渣中存在氢氧化铝形式,除尘铝灰渣中存在γ-Al_(2)O_(3);F主要以CaF_(2)和氟铝酸盐类型存在;Si主要以单质Si形式存在,高硅铝灰渣中硅还以氧化硅、SiC、Si_(3)N_(4)和氟硅酸盐类型存在;Cl主要以NaCl和KCl形式存在;Mg主要以MgAl_(2)O_(4)和MgO形式存在;大修渣和炭渣中存在单质C。
The aluminum ash residue is primarily a mixture of chlorides,fluorides,and aluminum,generated from the salt bath treatment and recovery of black aluminum ash,waste ash,scrap,and offcuts.The material composition of different types of aluminum ash residues varies significantly.This study employs X-ray diffraction to analyze different types of aluminum ash residue samples.The experimental analysis reveals that aluminum in aluminum ash residues primarily exists in the forms of MgAl_(2)O_(4),α-Al_(2)O_(3),NaAl_(11)O_(17),AlN,and elemental Al.Additionally:Defluorinated aluminum ash residue contains aluminum hydroxide.Dust-removal aluminum ash residue containsγ-Al_(2)O_(3).Fluorine mainly exists as CaF_(2) and fluoroaluminates,Silicon is predominantly present as melemental Si,while in high-silicon aluminum ash residue,it also occurs as SiO_(2)(silica),SiC,Si3N4,and fluorosilicates.Chlorine primarily exists as NaCl and KCl,while magnesium is found in the forms of MgAl_(2)O_(4) and MgO.Moreover,melemental carbon is detected in spent pot lining and carbon slag.
