摘要
在电解槽生产过程中,炭渣的生成,不仅增加电解质电阻,严重时使阳极长包产生病槽。影响电解槽运行主要技术经济指标和,对企业的可持续发展也势必受到一定阻碍,为此本文主要立足铝电解槽运行生产,剖析生产过程中炭渣出现的原因,并对其处理对策进行了深入探讨,由此为企业预期发展目标的达成打下坚实基础。
In the process of electrolytic cell production,the formation of carbon slag not only increases the Resistance of electrolyte,but also makes the anode long ladle form a sick cell,which affects the main technical and economic indicators of the electrolytic cell operation,and is bound to be hindered to a certain extent for the sustainable development of the enterprise.Therefore,based on the operation and production of aluminum reduction cell,this paper analyzes the causes of carbon slag in the production process,and probes into its treatment countermeasures This will lay a solid foundation for the achievement of the enterprise’s expected development goals.
