团队式劳动真的可以提升社区凝聚力吗?——一项基于武汉市T社区花园的实证研究

摘要在城市治理转型与社区微空间重构的背景下,如何通过协作机制激活居民参与、重构社会关系网络,成为传播领域关注的关键议题。本文以武汉市T社区“绿色驿站”社区花园为个案,聚焦“团队式劳动”在社区空间治理中的组织机制与社会效能,探讨其在媒介实践、制度协同与情感认同中的作用路径。研究发现,团队式劳动不仅构建了以任务分工与协作网络为基础的空间运行逻辑,更通过“共时在场”与“具身参与”唤起居民间的共情经验与关系密度,进而推动个体角色的再认知与社区归属感的生成。通过制度嵌入、传播动员与技术协同的三重机制,社区花园从“边角空间”跃迁为具备治理功能与社会情感的复合型平台,使社区居民逐步实现从“空间使用者”到“治理共同体成员”的身份转化。本文从传播视角出发,强调身体劳动与传播动员之间的内在耦合关系,提出“情感制度”作为理解柔性治理与认同建构的重要理论参照,为中国城市基层治理的传播机制研究提供了本土经验与理论反思。 Against the backdrop of urban governance transformation and the reconstruction of micro-community spaces,how to activate resident participation and rebuild social relational networks through collaborative mechanisms has become a central concern in communication studies.This paper takes the“Green Station”community garden in T Community,Wuhan,as a case study to examine the organizational mechanisms and social efficacy of team-based labor in community spatial governance.The study finds that team-based labor not only constructs a spatial operational logic based on task division and cooperative networks but also evokes empathetic experiences and relational density among residents through co-presence and embodied participation,thus promoting the re-cognition of individual roles and the generation of community belonging.Through a triadic mechanism of institutional embedding,communicative mobilization,and technological coordination,the community garden has transitioned from a peripheral space into a hybrid platform that integrates governance functionality and socio-emotional engagement.This transformation facilitates the identity shift from“space users”to“governance community members.”From a communication perspective,this study highlights the intrinsic coupling between physical labor and communicative mobilization,and proposes the concept of“emotional institution”as a theoretical lens to understand flexible governance and identity construction.The paper offers grounded insights and theoretical reflections for analyzing communicative mechanisms in grassroots urban governance in the Chinese context.
