摘要
本文在引介国际关系的实践理论基础上,进一步提炼有别于“结构理性”的“实践理性”意涵,认为实践在结构—行为体二重性中发挥中介作用,这种作用还会随着时间的推移而发生变化。在实践展现出行为体对特定问题的正常胜任状态下,结构通过实践对后来的行为体加以结构化;而在面临不确定性的特殊时间节点下,行为体常会通过实践推动结构转型。以此为基础,本文通过对比“实践理性”和历史制度主义在国际秩序的定义、形成、再生产、转型以及未来发展方向上的细微差异,凸显前者在秩序变迁方面独特的解释力。
Based on international practice theory,this article redefines the meaning of“practical rationality”,which is different from“structural rationality”and enables practice to play mediating role in the duality of structure-agent debate.Undoubtedly,this mediating role will change over time.When an agent demonstrates high level of competence in tackling a specific problem through his practice,other people performance will be structured by structure through routinized practice;while facing uncertainty,the agent often promotes the transformation of structure through improvised practice.To highlight the unique explanatory power of“practical rationality”,this article compares it with historical institutionalism in the definition,creation,reproduction,transformation and future development of international order.
