摘要
目前柔性振动盘的振动控制理论还不完善,对于柔性振动盘的控制大多运用经验来进行参数设定。对一种柔性振动盘进行动力学分析,目的为更好地控制柔性振动盘的运动,实现更准确、更快速的控制。分析音圈电机结构,通过动力学分析求得直杆运动和电流的关系。对柔性振动盘整体进行动力学分析,建立柔性振动盘动力学方程,求得运动响应方程,丰富柔性振动盘的控制理论。通过试验验证柔性振动盘控制理论的正确性。
At present,the vibration control theory of the flexible vibration disc is not yet perfect,and the control of the flexible vibration disc mostly relies on experience to set the parameter.The dynamic analysis of a flexible vibration disc aims to better control the motion of the flexible vibration disc and achieve more accurate and rapid control.The structure of the voice coil motor was analyzed,and the relationship between the straight rod motion and current was obtained through dynamic analysis.The dynamic analysis on the entire flexible vibration disc was carried out,the dynamic equation for the flexible vibration disc was established,the motion response equation was solved,and the control theory of the flexible vibration disc was enriched.The correctness of the control theory of the flexible vibration disc was verified through experiment.
