摘要
我国农业现代化转型面临结构性矛盾,土地细碎化与农机技术适配不足导致部分农业生产环节效率低。本研究基于农地流转与农机现代化协同发展的内在机理,揭示二者相互作用的底层逻辑:土地规模化通过整合零散地块为大型农机作业提供物理载体,显著降低机械作业的边际成本,推动农机技术向专业化、精准化升级;农机现代化通过降低劳动力依赖、提升生产效率,反向驱动土地流转向规模化、集约化发展。然而,协同发展的过程中,存在着技术适配失衡、主体利益矛盾与技术供给不足的现实梗阻。为此,研究提出3条优化路径:按地域资源禀赋构建农机适配体系,破解地形约束;构建多元协同的新型经营体系,强化小农户权益保障与技术共享;通过政策约束与产业链整合优化技术供给,推动精准化的农机研发。本研究为土地规模化与农机现代化的协同发展提供了理论支撑,未来可以深化对协同机制的量化研究,进一步考察区域发展的异质性路径,推动土地、技术与制度的深度融合。
The transformation of China's agricultural modernization is faced with the structural contradiction,the fragmentation of land and insufficient adaptation of agricultural machinery technology led to low efficie in some agricultural production links.Based on the intrinsic mechanism of the synergistic development of agricultural land transfer and farm machinery modernization,this study revealed the underlying logic of their interaction:land scale provided a physical carrier for large-scale farm machinery operations by integrating fragmented land plots,significantly reducing the marginal cost of machinery operations,and promoting the upgrading of farm machinery technology to specialization and precision;farm machinery modernization reduced the dependence on labor,improved production efficiency,and reverses the driving force of land transfer to the modernization of agricultural machinery,by reducing labor dependence and improving production efficiency,soas to turn drive the land flow towards large-scale and intensive development.However,the process of synergistic development is hindered by the reality of technology fitness imbalance,main body interest ontradiction and insufficient technology supply.In this regard,the study proposed three optimization paths:first,to build a farm machinery adaptation system according to geographical resource endowment to break the terrain constraints;second,to build a new type of multiple synergistic management system,to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of small farmers and the sharing of technology;and third,to optimize the supply of technology through the policy constraints and the integration of the industrial chain and to promote the precision of the research and development of farm machinery.This study provided theoretical support for the synergistic development of land scale and farm machinery modernization,and in the future,planned to deepen the quantitative research on the synergistic mechanism,further examine the heterogeneous paths of regional development,and promote the in-depth integration of land,technology,and system.
