摘要
农业机械化在农业现代化建设中起着重要的作用。我国农业机械化从无到有发展至今,于2019年进入高级阶段。目前我国农业领域发展处在大力推进农业现代化、推动农业产业结构调整阶段,亟需强化物质装备和技术支撑。同时,农村人口向非农产业转移趋势更加明显,对优质农业机械的需求更加迫切。面对农业发展的新趋势,我国农业机械化进入有史以来最好的发展机遇期。抓住机遇,针对目前我国农机化发展不均衡、创新不足,智能信息化结合不紧密、农机培训及公共服务不足等问题,提出提高农机创新能力、加大资金扶持力度、创新农业生产组织形式等政策建议,助推我国农业机械化发展加速进入全面机械化阶段。
Agricultural mechanization plays an important role in the construction of agricultural modernization.China’s agricultural mechanization has developed from scratch and has entered into an advanced stage in 2019.At present,the development of China’s agricultural sector is in the stage of vigorously promoting the modernization of agriculture and adjusting agricultural industrial structure,which urgently needs to strengthen the material equipment and technical support.The trend of transferring the rural population to non-agricultural industries is more obvious,and the demand for quality agricultural machinery is more urgent.Facing the new trend of agricultural development,China’s agricultural mechanization has entered the best development opportunity period in history.Seizing the opportunity to solve the current problems of China’s agricultural mechanization in the unbalanced development of agricultural machinery,insufficient innovation,weak combination of intelligence and informatization,insufficient agricultural machinery training and public services,and put forward policy recommendations to improve the innovation capacity of agricultural machinery,increase financial support,and innovate the form of agricultural production organization to help accelerate the development of China’s agricultural mechanization into the stage of comprehensive mechanization.
