4个漯麦品种在小麦病害胁迫下的生长表现及防御酶活性

Growth performance and defense enzyme activity of four Luomai wheat cultivars under wheat diseases stress

摘要 为明确漯麦系列新品种在小麦常见病害胁迫下的苗期生长指标及防御酶活性的变化规律,以漯麦39、漯麦40、漯麦41和漯麦906为供试品种,在其苗期分别接种8类小麦病害的病原,之后测定小麦生长相关指标和叶片细胞内抗病抗逆反应指示酶的活性。结果表明,接种病原后,与对照相比,4个漯麦品种的鲜重、株高和根长普遍下降,小麦黄花叶病毒病对株高的抑制最明显,最大抑制率为39.31%;接种小麦白粉菌7 d后,漯麦41和漯麦39的CAT酶活性分别提升156.67%和131.25%,POD酶活性分别提升815.25%和127.21%;接种小麦菲利普孢囊线虫7 d后,漯麦906的CAT、POD、SOD酶活性分别提升了231.82%、143.44%、226.07%。经分析,漯麦41和漯麦906的苗期农艺性状较好,抗病抗逆酶活性显著提升,综合表现较好。 This study aims to clarify the variation in growth indices and defense enzyme activities of Luomai wheat cultivars under common disease stress during the seedling stage.The cultivars tested include Luomai 39,Luomai 40,Luomai 41,and Luomai 906,which were inoculated with eight different disease pathogens were inoculated at the seedling stage.Following inoculation,the agronomic traits of wheat and the activities of disease-resistant and stress-resistant reactions indicating enzymes in wheat leaf cells were measured.The results showed that,compared to the control group,the fresh weight,plant height,and root length of all four cultivars generally decreased after inoculation.Notably,the plant height was most significantly affected by wheat yellow mosaic virus disease,with a maximum inhibition rate of 39.31%.After seven days of inoculation with wheat powdery mildew,the CAT enzyme activity in Luomai 41 and Luomai 39 increased by 156.67%and 131.25%,respectively.Furthermore,the POD enzyme activity for these two cultivars increased by 815.25%and 127.21%,respectively.The activities of CAT,POD,and SOD in Luomai 906 increased by 231.82%,143.44%,and 226.07%,respectively,after the same period.A comprehensive analysis of the growth indices and defense enzyme activity revealed that Luomai 41 and Luomai 906 exhibited better agronomic traits at the seedling stage,with significantly enhanced disease resistance and stress resistance.Overall,these two cultivars demonstrated superior performance.
