摘要
随着工业自动化的飞速发展,工业机器人在生产流程中的应用愈加广泛。计算机智能控制技术作为提升工业机器人精准作业能力的核心要素,为工业生产带来了更高的效率、精度及灵活性。基于此,本文主要剖析神经网络、模糊控制等算法,以及传感器与信息融合技术,结合汽车焊接、电子装配等方向,以证明该技术能提升作业精度、增强适应性与灵活性、提高生产效率、降低人力成本。
With the rapid development of industrial automation,the application of industrial robots in production processes has become increasingly widespread.Computer intelligent control technology,as a core element for enhancing the precision operation capabilities of industrial robots,has brought higher efficiency,accuracy,and flexibility to industrial production.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes algorithms such as neural networks and fuzzy control,as well as sensor and information fusion technologies.By combining these technologies with directions such as automotive welding and electronic assembly,it demonstrates that these technologies can improve operation accuracy,enhance adaptability and flexibility,increase production efficiency,and reduce labor costs.
