摘要
为了实现分布式数控系统高兼容性和强实时性的通信特征,提出了一种基于以太网的分布式数控系统实时通信网络分层体系结构。该结构满足分布式数控系统向上信息无缝融合,向下满足控制网络的实时通信。在保持以太网结构的前提下,提出了实现各层实时通信的方案,特别是实现运动控制层的精确时间同步及通信的强实时性。由此,设计了硬实时通信控制器,保证分层体系结构实现基于通用以太网的实时通信网络。
To realize the strong compatibility and strong real-time communication of Distributed Numerical Control ( DNC ) system, this paper presents the hierarchical architecture of Ethernet-based real-time communication network of distributed numerical control system. The architecture satisfies upward DNC system seamless information integration, and also implements downward real-time communication on the control network. Keeping the Ethernet original structure, the paper proposes solutions for real-time communication of each layer, especially, for realizing precision time synchronization process and strong real-time communication in the motion control level. Thus, hard-real-time communication controller is designed. By the controller, the hierarchical architecture implements real-time communication network based on general Ethernet.
