摘要
主题班会是辅导员开展大学生日常思想政治教育的关键抓手,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。当前,主题班会在引导学生释疑解惑、明理增信、立心力行等方面发挥了较为突出的育人优势,但在整体效能上离学生期待的“高质量”仍有一定差距。而如何更好地满足学生的成长需要,就成为化解主题班会质量隐忧的关键所在。为此,辅导员应紧扣学生“拔节孕穗期”的思想症结和现实困惑,抓住育人的关键节点和有效契机,围绕主题班会的价值定位、环节设计、组织实施以及功能发挥做好顶层设计。重点按照“三解”“三精”“三因”“三讲”的核心要义,为主题班会提质增效提供系统思路和可行对策。
Thematic class meetings serve as a critical channel for advisors to conduct daily ideological and political education and fulfill the fundamental mission of moral cultivation.Although thematic class meetings have demonstrated advantages in guiding students to resolve doubts,enhance beliefs,and translate learning into action,their overall quality still falls short of student expectations.Addressing students'developmental needs is therefore essential for elevating thematic class meetings'quality.Advisors should target students'psychological and practical concerns during"jointing booting stage",seize key moments and affective opportunities for education,and design top-level plans around the meetings'value orientation,session structure,implementation,and functional roles.Emphasizing the core principles of"Three Resolutions""Three Refinements""Three Attributes"and"Three Discourses",this study offers systematic strategies to optimize thematic class meetings.
