外源维生素B_(6)对棉花幼苗耐盐性的影响

摘要 维生素B_(6)(vitamin B_(6),VB_(6))是生物体内不可或缺的辅酶与抗氧化物质,在植物逆境胁迫响应中发挥着重要作用。为探究外源VB_(6)对棉花耐盐性的影响,明确VB_(6)调控植物胁迫响应的机制,本研究在盐胁迫条件下对棉花幼苗根系施加外源VB_(6),测定其表型与相关生理生化指标的变化,并进行转录组测序分析。结果显示:外源VB_(6)提高了盐胁迫下棉花幼苗的叶面积、茎粗、叶绿素含量与生物量,降低了根系超氧阴离子和过氧化氢的含量;结合转录组分析与生理生化指标测定发现,外源VB_(6)提升了盐胁迫下棉花幼苗根系的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性,同时也影响棉花幼苗谷胱甘肽代谢相关基因的表达,提升了还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)的含量与谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(glutathione S-transferase,GST)的活性。综上所述,外源VB_(6)可以通过参与棉花幼苗抗氧化酶活性与谷胱甘肽代谢的调控来响应氧化胁迫,从而提升其抗氧化能力与耐盐性。 Vitamin B_(6)(VB_(6))is an essential coenzyme and antioxidant in organisms that plays a crucial role in plant responses to environmental stress.To investigate the effects of exogenous VB_(6) on salt tolerance in cotton and elucidate the mechanism by which VB_(6) regulates plant stress responses,this study applied exogenous VB_(6) to cotton seedling roots under salt stress conditions and measured changes in phenotypic and related physiological and biochemical indicators,followed by transcriptome sequencing analysis.The results showed that exogenous VB_(6) increased leaf area,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,and biomass of cotton seedlings under salt stress,while reducing the levels of superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide in the roots.Combined transcriptome analysis with physiological and biochemical indicator measurements revealed that exogenous VB_(6) promoted the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)in cotton seedling roots under salt stress.Moreover,VB_(6) affected the expression of genes related to glutathione metabolism in cotton seedlings,leading to increased levels of reduced glutathione(GSH)and increased activity of glutathione S-transferase(GST).In conclusion,exogenous VB_(6) regulates the activity of antioxidant enzymes and glutathione metabolism in cotton seedlings to respond to oxidative stress,thereby increasing their antioxidant capacity and salt tolerance.
