摘要
建设交叉学科是促进学科交叉融合,加快知识生产方式变革和人才培养模式创新的重要途径。C9高校作为国内顶尖高校,其制定的“十四五”规划描绘了交叉学科未来发展趋势,具有典型性和代表性。通过政策内容分析法对C9高校规划文本进行分析发现,C9高校普遍具有丰富交叉学科培养项目、重视复合型人才培养、构建交叉学科创新平台建设、加快交叉学科学位点布局等共性特征。
The development of interdisciplinary fields serves as a crucial pathway to promote the integration of disciplines and acceler-ate the transformation of knowledge production modes and the innovation of talent cultivation models.As leading institutions in China,the C9 League universities have outlined the future directions of interdisciplinary development in their 14th Five-Year Plans,which are both representative and exemplary.Through a policy content analysis of these plans,it is found that C9 League colleges and universities commonly share such characteristics as offering diverse interdisciplinary programs,emphasizing the cultivation of compound talents,building innovative interdisciplinary innovation platforms and accelerating the establishment of interdisciplinary degree programs.From the school level,countermeasures are proposed for the future development of interdisciplinary in colleges and universities.
