摘要
随着双休制度的全面推行,高中英语教学面临课时压缩与教学质量提升的双重挑战。传统“填鸭式”教学已难以适应新形势,如何在减少学生课业负担的同时实现课堂效率最大化,成为亟待解决的问题。本文聚焦双休背景下英语教学的现实困境,通过调研分析当前教学中的时间浪费点,提出加强课前预习、采用小组互动、部署智能学习助手、开展多种课外活动、优化分层作业设计等实操策略,旨在构建“轻负担、高质量”的教学模式,为一线教师提供可复制的减负增效方案。
With the comprehensive implementation of the weekend system,high school English teaching is facing the dual challenges of compressed class hours and improved teaching quality.The traditional"cramming"teaching method is no longer suitable for the new situation.How to reduce students'academic burden while maximizing classroom efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article focuses on the practical difficulties of English teaching under the background of weekends.Through research and analysis of time waste points in current teaching,practical strategies such as strengthening pre class preparation,adopting group interaction,deploying intelligent learning assistants,carrying out various extracurricular activities,and optimizing layered homework design are proposed.The aim is to build a"light burden,high-quality"teaching model and provide replicable solutions for reducing burden and increasing efficiency for frontline teachers.
