不同品种及管理方式葡萄根际土壤微生物群落结构和功能比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Microbial Community Structure and Function in the Rhizosphere Soil of Various Vitis Varieties Under Distinct Management Methods

摘要 葡萄(Vitis)是一种广泛种植的果树,具有多样化的用途和重要的经济价值。植物土壤微生物群落对植物的生长发育至关重要,本研究基于细菌核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)和真菌内部转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)扩增子测序技术对同一地区不同品种葡萄和百香果(Passiflora)根际土壤微生物的结构和功能进行比较,分析不同品种葡萄和百香果根际土壤微生物群落的组成和功能。发现在同一个园区,不同品种和管理方式的葡萄和百香果之间的根际土壤微生物群落结构存在较明显的差异,而在功能方面则呈现相似的模式。结果表明,同一园区的根际土壤微生物群落组成结构主要与品种和管理方式有关。自然生草栽培阳光玫瑰(Vitis labrusca×vinifera)根际土壤相比于人工管理的葡萄和百香果根际土壤具有更高的微生物多样性,显著差异物种细菌鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)和真菌被孢霉属(Mortierella)在增强植物抗逆性方面具有重要作用。这说明没有人为进行除草、改善土壤条件等管理行为的情况下,阳光玫瑰更倾向于富集增强植物抗逆和改善土壤环境的微生物。 The grape(Vitis)is widely cultivated crops with diverse uses and significant economic value.Soil microbiomes are crucial for the growth and development of plants.This study employed bacterial ribosomal RNA(16S rRNA)and fungal internal transcribed spacer(ITS)amplicon sequencing technologies to compare the structure and function of the rhizosphere soil microbiota of passion fruit(Passiflora)and different grape varieties within the same region.The research elucidated the composition and function of the rhizosphere soil microbiota across different samples.Significant differences,within the same region,were found in the microbial community structures of rhizosphere soils across varying samples and management practices.However,in terms of function,similar patterns were observed.The results indicate that the composition and structure of the rhizosphere soil microbial communities in the same region are mainly related to the variety and management methods.The diversity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of the Shine Muscat(Vitis labrusca×vinifera)cultivated with a living mulch system is higher than those of grapes and passion fruit with human management.The significantly enriched microorganisms under a living mulch system,bacterial genus Sphingomonas and fungal genus Mortierella,play important roles in enhancing plant stress resistance.This suggests that without human activities such as weeding and soil improvement,the Shine Muscat tends to enrich microorganisms that enhance plant resilience and improve soil conditions.
