摘要
为解决传统农村不动产登记工作中存在的信息化建设程度不够、数据信息整合难、管理规范和流程不统一等问题,提升农村房地一体不动产确权登记管理的规范化和效率,保障农民的土地权益,本文利用先进技术,探讨了农村房地一体不动产确权登记全新管理流程,构建了农村房地一体不动产确权登记数据库,研究并搭建了农村房地一体不动产确权登记管理平台,实现不动产确权登记成果的“一张图”管理、业务的全周期管理以及考核评价等功能,可为同行开展相关工作提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional rural real estate registration,such as insufficient informatization construction,difficult integration of data and information,non-standard management and process,improve the standardization and efficiency of the integrated ownership confirmation and registration management of rural real estate,and protect farmers′land rights and interests,this paper uses advanced technologies to discuss the new management process of the integrated ownership confirmation and registration of rural real estate.It has constructed a rural real estate ownership confirmation and registration database,researched,built a management platform for rural real estate ownership confirmation and registration,realized the functions of"one map"management,business cycle management,assessment and evaluation of real estate ownership confirmation and registration results,and provided reference for the peers to carry out related work.
