摘要
本文以广东省"房地一体"农村不动产调查实际工作为例,采用无人机倾斜摄影获取了珠三角某区三维实景模型,并对成果精度进行了检测。试验表明:1.同精度检测,明显界址点及房角点点位中误差达到0.058m,隐蔽界址点及房角点点位中误差达到0.080 m,边长及房屋面积检测中精度超限均小于5%,检测结果均符合规范标准要求;2.利用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术实施"房地一体"几何精度评价人员投入少,具有可行性和高效性。
In this paper,taking the actual work of the real estate survey in the"real estate integration"in Guangdong Province as an example,a three-dimensional real-world model of a certain area in the Pearl River Delta was obtained by using drone tilt photography,and the geometric accuracy of the 1∶500 cadastral map results were tested with the same accuracy.The test shows:1.The error of obvious boundary points and corner points is 0.058 m,the error of hidden boundary points and corner points is 0.080 m,and the accuracy of side length and building area detection is less than 5%.The test results meet the requirements of the norms and standards;2.The use of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology to implement the"real estate integration"geometric accuracy assessment personnel invests less,which is feasible and efficient.
